COINS FOR KIDS:
We
are continuing to collect COINS FOR KIDS literacy program. A little bird said our class was doing very
well!! Keep those coins coming

children were sad to learn their friend Bronson moved to a new town. We wish him well in his new school!

We
continue to write in our October journals.
They will come home next week!

will work more on small moment stories.
We are learning about verbs.
The
children will be making a sentence buddy to use as a tool in their writing
folders when they are writing.
MATH:
The
children are learning about pattern blocks.
We will be graphing them and practicing how to interpret more, less,
etc.
We
will learn different combinations that make 10 by playing a game.

make sure to send in shoes if your child wears boots to school.
It’s too warm to
wear boots all day long.
And
remember gym is Monday and Thursdays (except this Thursday!)
*Now
that the weather is officially getting cold, please send hats and mittens for
recess. They are outside 3 times a day.

Parade will begin about 1:00—Please be downtown if it is nice out to watch! The children love to see their family downtown! We should be there about 1:20-1:30! Afterwards we come back to school, remove our costumes and have our treat!
