Thank you ALL for filling out and returning the parent surveys!  ALL 22 families returned theirs! 

Please send in a small flashlight with fresh batteries for your child’s book box for the month of March.  Also a very small stuffed animal. We will have special reading times with each throughout the month of March.

March is the last month for Pizza Hut Book-it program.  Send in February!!

  March Book it calendar will come back after spring break. 

Please send in or email (mthompson@mcbain.org) a baby picture of your child so we can do our past, present, future page for our scrapbooks after break!

READING:  The Bear Snores On.  We will learn about different animal habitats.

We are continuing to work on writing a new small moment story on something that has happened to us. We write in our journals every day.

MATH:

Working on 3d shapes, counting by 2’s, 5,s, 10’s. Ten frames and subtraction.

SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES:

Talking about dental health.  The hygienist comes Thursday at 830 to talk about good dental health.

Learning about patriotic symbols and what it means to be patriotic.

STUDENT OF THE WEEK: Bailee

Bailee loves to play with Barbie dolls, ride her bike and do pictures.  She likes to eat pancakes, cereal, goldfish crackers and pasta.  Her favorite movie is Tinker Bell and her favorite book is Bible storybox books.  Her goal is to ride her bike without training wheels and read a book by herself!
